We have clinical Post-Graduate qualifications, see more complex clients and have developed clear and advanced clinical reasoning skills which allows us to assist clinicians with almost any challenging patient

This has all been done through building a culture of clinical excellence and creating training and mentoring pathways that allow physio’s to learn, grow and progress within the business.
We believe high quality clinical practice and profitable physio businesses can co-exist ethically and for the mutual benefit of owners and clinicians.
Educators
We know how to teach and pass on our knowledge. Not only have we mentored and trained physios in our own businesses for decades, we have been formally involved in university education through lecturing and clinical supervising.

1:1 Mentoring
1:1 MENTORING
We offer tailored and targeted mentoring to the individual. Often beginning with case reviews, we will challenge and improve your clinical reasoning and treatment planning to ultimately improve patient outcomes and therapist satisfaction. We can also discuss and mentor various topics including career progression, leadership, clinical excellence and managing burnout.
Team Mentoring
