About This Workshop
Private Practice is unique and it can come with all manner of challenges. And combined with our fast paced world, stress and exhaustion have become all too common, making resilience a crucial skill for maintaining both personal and professional well-being. This 4 hour work shop for teams is designed to help them build resilience, manage stress effectively, and prevent burnout before it takes a toll on their health and productivity. This workshop is highly personal, taking participants through my (Jeremy) journey of burnout and how I came through, built strategies to overcome, withstand and ultimately thrive on the other side.
Through practical strategies, self-reflection, and evidence-based techniques, you’ll learn how to cultivate a mindset that fosters adaptability, emotional balance, and long-term success.
